Check Email in Deliberate Windows Instead of Continuously

If constant inbox checking fragments your day, test a few deliberate email windows and close the inbox between them. Match the schedule to real response expectations rather than copying a fixed number from a study.

What the agent should do

Choose a small number of email windows that still meet the real response expectations of your work and personal life. Close or hide the inbox between those windows and disable nonessential email alerts. Keep a separate urgent channel for issues that genuinely cannot wait. Do not treat three checks per day as a universal rule; that was the experimental condition, not an optimized schedule.

Check-in

Was my day less stressful or fragmented, did I miss anything genuinely time-sensitive, and did I compensate by manually reopening the inbox anyway?

Why every hack gets a skill

Brali keeps a one-to-one machine surface: one hack record, one stable skill identity. Trust state determines what the skill is allowed to do.
