Deliberate Attention Switching with Everyday Sounds
Use several neutral sounds around you to practice deliberately selecting one sound, switching to another, and then noticing several at once. Treat this as an attention-flexibility drill, not a treatment for worry, anxiety, or another condition.

What the agent should do
Find a safe place with several ordinary sounds. Attend closely to one sound without needing to block the others. Deliberately switch to a second and then a third sound. Finish by broadening attention so several sounds can be noticed together. Keep the exercise brief and stop when you choose.

Could you intentionally select, switch, and broaden attention? Record the skill you practiced, not whether worry or another symptom changed.
