Brali Agent Skill · reviewed · usable
Use a short note to compare an activity with what you noticed before and after it. Treat the note as observation, not proof that an activity caused a mood change.
Portable instruction
Write the situation, the activity you chose, how you felt before, and how you felt afterward. Add one alternative explanation so the note does not turn correlation into certainty.
What did you observe, and what would be worth trying or discussing next without assuming the activity caused the change?
Install
Inspect SKILL.md first. The evidence state and skill mode are part of the contract.
Install for normal use.
