A very ambitious target can be useful as a diagnostic question: what would have to change in the system rather than simply asking you to work harder? In this Brali protocol, 10x is a stretch label, not a promised multiplier. The useful output is a better hypothesis and a small test.
1. State the outcome and its boundaries
Write the outcome in plain language. Then list the important constraints and dependencies beside it. Mark which parts you can influence and which require another person, resource, permission, market condition, or longer time horizon.
2. Find one lever worth testing
Ask what would need to work differently if the current approach could not simply be repeated more often. Choose one controllable lever and turn it into a reversible experiment. Prefer a test that can fail cheaply and teach you something specific.
3. Decide what would change your mind
Before starting, write the signal you will inspect and a stop condition. Avoid invented success percentages. A useful signal can be an observable response, a completed step, a bottleneck discovered, a cost measured, or a dependency confirmed.
4. Review the sprint, not your ambition
After the test, record what happened. Keep the lever if the observation supports another iteration; change it if the assumption was wrong; stop it if the cost or constraint dominates. The aim is to improve the model of the problem, not to defend the 10x headline.

Does 10x mean I should literally expect ten times the result?

What should I test first?
Choose the smallest reversible change that tests an important assumption: a different channel, workflow, constraint, sequence, offer, tool, or source of leverage. Define the observation before you run it.
What if the goal depends mostly on things I cannot control?
Record those dependencies explicitly. Do not convert market conditions, permission, money, staffing, health, or another external constraint into a personal effort failure. Narrow the experiment to a lever you can actually influence.
