Brali Agent Skill · reviewed · usable
When facing a fear, remind yourself that you’re safe. Repeat phrases like, ‘I am safe,’ ‘This is just a feeling,’ or ‘I can handle this.’
Portable instruction
Choose one situation you avoid because it feels frightening but that is not actually dangerous. Break it into smaller steps, start with a manageable step, approach it gradually, and notice what happens rather than trying to force fear away with a required phrase or ritual.
What step did I try, how difficult did it feel before and after, what did I learn, and what would be a sensible next step?
