When it is safe and practical, replace some sitting after a meal with comfortable walking. Evidence supports an acute effect on post-meal glucose, not a universal walking dose or long-term treatment claim.

After a meal, choose an ordinary walk that feels comfortable and fits the situation. Starting relatively soon after eating matches the direction of the reviewed acute evidence better than deliberately waiting a long time, but Brali does not prescribe a universal minute mark, pace, or duration. If you use glucose-lowering medication, have a condition affected by exercise or meals, or have been given specific activity advice, follow your clinical plan instead of using this page as treatment guidance.
