Audit a Default Before Letting It Decide for You
For a setting, subscription, workflow, or template with meaningful consequences, identify the current default, compare the relevant alternatives, and make a deliberate keep-or-change decision with an easy rollback when possible.

Pick one consequential default, identify what is currently selected, state what you need from the setting or service, compare only the realistic alternatives, note switching costs and important constraints, make a keep-or-change decision, and record how to reverse it when reversal matters.
Check-in
What default did I inspect, what requirement mattered most, why did I keep or change it, and can I reverse the decision if the new choice is worse?
