Batch Similar Tasks When Switching Is the Problem
Group comparable low-risk tasks when repeated setup is slowing the work, then compare the batch with your normal flow and stop batching when responsiveness suffers.

Pick one recurring task family, define what makes the tasks similar, collect a small batch, process it with the same setup, and record completed items, rework, waiting time, and missed urgency. Compare with the ordinary flow before expanding the batch.
