Whenever stress hits, take a quick 10-minute walk—whether it’s outside, around a park, or just circling your office.

What the agent should do
When stress is building, consider a short, comfortable walk if walking is safe and practical for you. Treat ten minutes as a convenient boundary, not a medically proven dose. If a greener route is just as easy and safe, prefer it as a reasonable experiment rather than making a special trip. Then notice whether you feel any different before returning to the next task.
Check-in
Did I take the walk? Was the route ordinary or relatively green? How did my stress or tension feel before and after, and did I return more able to continue the next task?
