Commercial licensing

Use Brali commercially with a clear data and evidence boundary.

The public repository license is non-commercial. Paid products and other commercial uses require prior written permission or a separate agreement.

Product

Commercial AI and data use

Embed Brali records in a paid assistant, agent, subscription, API, or internal commercial workflow.

Distribution

Redistribution and custom sets

License selected collections, update rights, or a tailored knowledge package for a defined audience.

Delivery

Localization and white-label work

Define translation, attribution, branding, editorial review, and evidence-preservation requirements.

Current public boundary

The root repository license is authoritative for original Brali material. The licensing guide explains the intended operational boundary but does not replace the legal text.

Machine-readable availability is not an additional commercial grant. Brali names, logos, and visual identity are not licensed for reuse by the content license.

What a separate agreement can define

Prepare a useful request

Describe your organization, intended users, product and business model, Brali surfaces you expect to use, launch scope, countries or languages, and whether you need updates or custom delivery. Do not publish confidential details in a GitHub issue.
