Crawler access matrix
A machine-backed view of what Brali declares in robots.txt. It records access policy only. It does not claim that any crawler fetched, indexed, ranked, trained on, or cited Brali.
Interpretation rule. “Allowed” means the current Brali robots policy permits access. External visibility must be measured independently.
